I’m not in town my elderly father was snowed in called and within a half hour they had the driveway plowed, walkway shoveled and car cleaned off. Amazing bunch of guys. Hard to find great service like that!

I can’t thank Affordable Snowplowing LLC enough for their incredible help during a true “snowmageddon” here in Erie, PA. Despite focusing only on commercial contracts, they went above and beyond when my elderly neighbor had a medical emergency. On their way to one of their routes, they took the time to clear our driveways, ensuring we could safely get out. It’s rare to find such compassionate and dedicated people these days. Not only did they take our call during this catastrophic snow event, but they acted swiftly and professionally in a time of real need. While they primarily serve businesses, I would highly recommend them to any company looking for reliable and top-notch snow removal services. This company is superior and I highly recommend them!! Definitely call them first! I was in a pretty bad spot and Todd the owner helped me within an hour. On a Sunday, no less. I had a spell of working multiple days and nights in a row and the snow in my driveway had built up to a foot or more (with much higher drifts). I finally had 12 hours off on a Sunday to try to clear it. My almost brand new (used only 5 times) $1,900 Ariens snow blower wouldn't start (that's a whole other story). I was too worn out (and frankly I'm too old!) to shovel all that snow. I called dozens of snow removal companies and they either didn't answer the phone, had full voice mail boxes, or refused to plow me unless there was someone else in my neighborhood who was already one of their customers. They all pretty much let me know I wasn't going to get anyone since I didn't already have a contract for snow removal in place. I was rapidly becoming discouraged, but then I called Affordable. Todd answered on the first ring. He was courteous and respectful, unlike the others I had spoken to. After I gave him my address, he said he could definitely get someone there that same day. Not only did John, the plow driver, come that same day, he actually came within an hour! Before plowing, he consulted on the phone with Todd about special conditions that exist on my property so that he would be able to get the job done right. And he did an awesome job. This company was amazing, courteous, responded rapidly, and did terrific work. And it was amazing that they went out of their way to squeeze me in when I was not already an existing customer. They do lots of commercial properties but do take residential customers as well. I will never call anyone else. They're awesome.

Despite a snowpocalypse they called me back quickly and were very honest about their availability. They said they had clients ahead of me, but if I didn't have to go anywhere any time soon to text them my address and they would call when they could get to me. I appreciate that they called back and that even though I'm not a regular client that they are going to squeeze me in when they can. The amount of snow is crazy and the fact they are willing to do this really means a lot. I would definitely recommend them for their responsiveness and professionalism.
