Claim it freeFairview Twp Sewer Authority is a trusted septic & sewer provider serving the greater Erie area. With a commitment to quality, they deliver reliable septic & sewer services to residential and commercial customers throughout Erie, Millcreek, Harborcreek, Fairview, and surrounding communities.
Many homes in the outer Erie County communities of Harborcreek, Fairview, and Summit Township rely on septic systems. High water tables and Erie's heavy precipitation, including over 100 inches of lake-effect snow, create unique demands on septic systems. Pennsylvania regulations require regular pumping and inspection, and all work must be performed by licensed professionals.

Putting in public sewer and making people pay thousands is ridiculous. ( and in a time of inflation). The septic works just fine. We should not be forced to hook up to it against our will. Then you can't get in and out of your own driveway. Regret moving here. Now they screwed up the garbage pickup a week before the holiday. Didn't let anybody know. The **** should have rented a truck with our taxpayers money and got the garbage picked up. Update: Now after all their digging and possibly the hay on the yards for the new grass, we have field mice in the house. Of course, costing us more money! Fairview sucks!

They started sending threatening letters about disconnecting service manual days before due date. They have no way to pay online and rarely is there anyone to answer the phone. They know they are the only option for water in area so don't care what customers think. The water is really poor quality and need to put in a softening system. If I could I would pay way more for better quality water and better customer service. Regret I bought a house with this company as my only option.

Wish you could make online payments or call them to make a payment. We travel a lot and that would be helpful.

MATT AND STAFF have made wonderful progress in developing their systems.

Called to ask about bill. Lady on the phone was very short with me on the phone. She didn’t want to answer my questions.
