Claim it freeErie Public Works is a trusted septic & sewer provider serving the greater Erie area. With a commitment to quality, they deliver reliable septic & sewer services to residential and commercial customers throughout Erie, Millcreek, Harborcreek, Fairview, and surrounding communities.
Many homes in the outer Erie County communities of Harborcreek, Fairview, and Summit Township rely on septic systems. High water tables and Erie's heavy precipitation, including over 100 inches of lake-effect snow, create unique demands on septic systems. Pennsylvania regulations require regular pumping and inspection, and all work must be performed by licensed professionals.

Is the city of Erie going to leave our grass like this!? Kinda baffled. Some of the highest local taxes in the country, they come and destroy our grass, leaving it down to dirt and rocks and completely ruined the edge of our lawn. Which will in effect the home value for sale, and they still charge astronomical taxes for property yet reduce our homes value with maintenance projects like this? Not sure if they needed to replace a pipe or it’s for the traffic lights but it’s not acceptable to leave a homeowners lawn like this. At the corner of 38th and Wallace. Please come and properly fix and will hopefully update review. According to the law they are legally bound to restore the area to its previous condition. It should be properly sodded. Not just throw out grass seed that’s utterly unacceptable and completely disrespectful to a homeowner. Will update in future if properly fixed.

Not sure what's going on outside my house at 7AM when my boyfriend works 3rd shift and needs to sleep! This man keeps driving back and forth in the middle of the road and then going back to the same spot he was in. Also on his phone for the majority of the time I saw him. Very unprofessional. Should take into consider that people need to sleep. 6 trucks on one street is not necessary by any means!

Managed to kill my cars battery by accidentally leaving it on ignition mode while doing an errand. EPW was doing some paving in the area and a worker named Sean saw my hood up with jumper cables. He drove over and immediately offered me a jump start. A few minutes later I was good to go. This is the kind of employee that all businesses would love to have. Someone who goes above and beyond and does so in a super friendly and professional manner.

Great job my block is only 2 blocks long and they have it cleared pretty well. Used payloader to take away snow instead of just plowing it back into the driveway & sidewalk

One of your employees was just freaking out on another driver right outside collegiate academy while students are trying to cross! He was screaming and very impatient! There are ways to conduct yourself when in a company car especially in a school zone!
