Erie so far been good to me. I been with them off and on and came back bc my rates beat others plus I only was looking for a yearly policy. My renewal is coming up so I hope they be good to me by lowering my premium since I haven’t made one claim, accident free and ticket free. Please consider your customers needs and not the corporate pockets

I'm 75 years old and have been insured by the BIG insurance companies and the small. For the most part I have found that loyalty to the company doesn't count for much. The rates keep climbing, service becomes a foreign word, and in the end you get less and less for your money. My experience with Erie has been the opposite. I have the greatest agent on the planet, Bryce Sauer is personalble, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. He listens and asks the questions that help me communicate my needs to him. I feel like I'm in good hands to quote another company. In my first year Bryce and Erie saved me more than $4000 from the company I had been with for 7 years. I have 2 houses and several cars, a truck and a van. Lots of stuff to cover and all were very reasonable rates. The real test come when you file a claim. My wife and I have had a clean driving record for many years. Unfortunately my wife had a fender bender backing out our driveway. I called Bryce immediately and he put me in touch with Erie's claim center in less than 15 minutes. The young lady who took the report had an adjuster at our house early the next day. Not at a claims site, at our house. By afternoon we had our estimate and the adjuster explained all of our options. The first question that all 3 of the the Erie folks asked was "is everyone alright". You would think all agents and insurance personnel would ask that first but my experience has been the opposite. Others focused on the car or house. My check got to me before I could get the car to my bodyshop. By the way Erie's adjusters estimate was $50 more than my bodyshop. I got a call from the adjuster to see if maybe he missed something reminding me that if the bodyshop found more damage than he could see to just forward the info and he would handle the difference. I also got calls to make sure that car was repaired properly and I was satisfied with how the process played out. I'd be foolish to leave Erie and Bryce. You would be foolish not to give them a call. GREAT RATES GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE!!!!

Eire Insurance and my agent Ashley have been amazing since day 1. They helped me save hundreds a month! She is very detail oriented and listens to the coverage I want & need. She looks to save me $, not pile it on. I have both Auto & Homeowners Insurance with them. Last fall & winter were some of the windiest in our court. We were able to get a new roof with paying just the cost of our deductible plus a few things that were unexpected during. We didn't have to fight or beg for payment. They actually did the right thing covering it! I'll be with Erie for a long time to come.

Our previous insurance company consistently raised our rates with no additional coverage. While checking for competitive pricing we found Erie. We now have better coverage for much lower cost than before. Fortunately we haven’t had any claims, so I can’t speak to their service in this regard. All in all, we are quite pleased!

Hi. My name is Mary McFarland. For many years I have had Erie Insurance on my home and automobile along with liability insurance also. I have been very pleased with Erie and have always had wonderful experiences with my Winchester, VA agent, Brian Wilkins. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and cares about his customers. Erie doesn’t have to use TV or public media to advertise. Their top notch service to their customers who in return tell their friends and family about them is their greatest advertisement.
