I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Leon Construction for any of your construction needs. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I figured I would wait a few months to see how the workmanship held up. We had an addition project going on for over a year. Decided to take the cheapest route and have a friend/handyman help us. This turned into a disaster once last winter hit. The roof began leaking terribly which kept us from working on the inside. That’s when we decided to call a professional once the weather broke. We called a few of the local contractors, and none of them would even come give us a quote because the job wasn’t big enough. Shortly after talking to Leon, Gena came out to see what the best roof options would be. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, and general interest in getting the job done properly. It wasn’t long after the quote that they were able to come do the job. This led to conversations about finishing the inside which was to be a first floor laundry, and full bathroom. It was going to be a lot of work, over multiple days to complete the drywall in both rooms, some plumbing, electrical, and installing a large custom tile shower. Gena was extremely helpful, and always available throughout the entire process. I probably became bothersome, but he never hesitated to answer any questions. The entire crew for both jobs were amazing. There was a bit of a language barrier, but they were always professional, and courteous. I can’t wait for them to get freed up a little so they can come do a few more projects for us. If you’re considering going the cheap route with a handyman, save yourself the trouble, and call Leon. You won’t be disappointed

I needed the back addition to my house sided and contacted Leon Construction. Everything up to the deposit payment went great. Everything since then has been an absolute nightmare. The job was simple I thought. Remove the aluminum siding from the addition, close in a ceiling with soffit in an kennel, side the addition and shed with vinyl. Once my check cleared it was a couple months that went by and I hadn’t heard anything so I called to ask when we would select my siding and if they had an estimated start date. I was told to stop by the office anytime to pick out my siding. Why did I have to call to find this out? The project kicks off with 2 guys and a van. No dumpster, trash just thrown in a big pile and left on my lawn for days suffocating my grass. One guy yells at the other guy in some language multiple times a day and then the one getting yelled at takes work off the house. They start doing work wrong and I call to ask what’s going on. I get told it will be taken care of. I look out my window later that day and there’s now siding on the ceiling. They put vapor barrier OVER furring strips (it should be flat on the house), they leave my sconce lights out with the copper wire exposed to the elements, the siding they did put up is tight to the house with no room to expand or contract with temperatures. Just generally a nightmare and doing things wrong constantly. One day only one guy shows up to the job (the one who was getting yelled at all the time) and spends the entire day siding a 30x10 wall. He sides over the electrical wires for my sconce and hangs the line cover for my air conditioner crooked while also damaging the electrical line for it (frayed with copper exposed). I had called about the quality of the work twice and no one thought to come out and check up on anything. It was only once I asked why I had one guy working by himself that they cared. Once the worker no-showed and was screwing THEM over, suddenly it was a problem. Management shows up to the house and tells me the team was let go. 4 days into my project. A new team would be assigned and would be done in 3 days. Everything the first team did needs to be removed. So the process of pounding on my house driving my animals crazy starts anew. Again its a 2 man team that shows up. Still no sign of a dumpster. Sconces back off the wall with copper sitting out exposed to the morning dew. Multiple piles of boxes of siding strewn about killing my lawn. The work this new team is doing is absolutely better. They’re doing things the first team didn’t even do. It’s day 8 of the project now (day 3 of the new team) and there’s still no siding up on my house. They even sent extra hands for today. My air conditioning can’t be repaired until they finish the siding. I’ve been assured they’ll take care of that. At this point I’m starting to wonder if I should ask them if they want to help hand out candy on Halloween in a couple weeks because they’ll probably still be here. 4.5 days of work after being told 3 days to completion and the siding was finished. Almost 9 days of pounding on one of my house. It was another couple of days before the air conditioning lines were repaired. Patches of grass beyond dead. The quality of the work done by the second team is great, but I never should have had to go through this to begin with. They should have checked up on the new team without me calling, they should have had a dumpster instead of using my lawn as one.

I had spray foam insulation put in my attic. Dave, Jesse, Roman, and Devin were the workers whom completed the job. They were all extremely professional and communicated to me throughout the job. Also, Jim Moran needs to be recognized for coming to my home for the initial estimate of the job. Also, Jim came to my rescue when my gutter fell off my house. I definitely would consider Leon Construction again for future jobs

We had siding and a new roof put on our pole barn. Excellent work! Very professional, clean and super friendly. Went above and beyond. Will definitely use Leon construction again and have recommended to our friends. UPDATE: We had all our deck rails replaced and gutters replaced in July of 2025. Excellent work again! Timely, clean, and fair priced. Will continue to use their services.

We had Leon Construction remodel one bathroom from top to bottom, and change out cabinet , lay tile and paint in another. Very pleased with the work that was done, it looks great! The process was done in a timely matter and cost was reasonable. The guys cleaned up after themselves. However, during the process, there were a couple of issues that arose, but were taken care of by the company. There were some language barriers at times. One thing I didn’t care for was when workers would speak a different language , but other than that…….A special thanks to Vlad who does exceptional work. Thank you. We would give 4.5 stars.
