Roof looks great. Professional and very nice to work, but they left part of the job unfinished. They didn't come back to install the doors on a shed they installed for me. I had open heart ❤ surgery and was recuperating when work was done. Now I'm stuck looking for someone to complete the job. Had I known, I wouldn't have installed the shed. Ugh lesson learned. Thus not so good service 😕

Erie Customer Exteriors completed a roughly $105,000 addition to our home in September 2013. They did a great job. We actually had a VERY harsh winter following the completion and had ZERO problems related to any of their work.

I had them put a new roof on my house and the front half of my barn, as well as structural work to the barn and gutters on the house. To this day, I am still picking up screws, nails, and debris out of the yard from their project. I understand you won’t get it all every time, but I’ve picked up hundreds of screws and nails on my own time and since filled a 5 gallon pail. That’s on top of all the garbage left behind. They left my house opened up most of the winter, and I struggled to get them back to finish it. There was tons of damage to the facia and siding , which is now dented much more than it ever was before. They left large gaps in the facia after they installed the gutters in the corners of the house. I also found the facia popped out in one spot, which I reached out multiple times to have them come back and fix it. Even told them I’d pay them for it. They completely ghosted me after I spend $31,000 with them, and I gave them no reason to at all. Plus they knew there were many more future opportunities for work on the rest of the barn and corn crib, as discussed. Unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
