Brink Roofing

That i received a well deserved break from this company. Well 2 years after I got our roof done we had leaks from a impenetrable roof cover. I was told it was my fault. Got fixed then a little time later started leaking again they came out tried to blame me for cutting roof. Why would I cut a roof that I just spent thousands of dollars on. Then just last year leaked again and one of the workers came out pat he'd and said it actually was the wrong roofing material was put on and they were going to contact me to take care of it. Still nothing. So buyer beware.

If I could give zero stars I would. Company took our deposit and completed less than 20% of the work contracted for. Claimed that they sent a refund at the end of December and then again with the BBB in early February. Have never received a check from them. Don't know what you are talking about - we paid a deposit and your company did less than 20% of the work. I have the canceled check - would be happy to share with you. Would also appreciate you reaching out in person so we can get this resolved.

They where referred to me for a roof job. From the start to the finish it was top notch service. They cared about the Neibors and made sure they where on the job full time until the job was complete. I have used a lot of contractors in my years and by far they where the most professional. The price was great and the quality was the best I have seen. I would recommend them to anyone who if looking for a new roof or a roof repair . I look forward to them to do my mothers roof next year. Thanks again for the great experience. My wife and I bought our first house about 5 years ago. When buying the house we were told that the roof was "new". After living there for about a year we noticed that the "new" roof around the chimney was leaking. A short time later the roof also began to leak in a couple other spots. Since we had a warranty on the house we had a claim adjuster come out and give his suggestions as to what they would like to have fixed. We decided to contact several roofing companies including Brink Roofing to get a quote on the work the adjuster wanted done. Right from the start I was very impressed with Brink. The owner himself, Kyle Brink, came out to put together a quote for us. He was extremely personable and even took the time to go over all the info and pictures that the claim adjuster sent us. After listening to all our concerns he began his inspection which he did for about 3 hours. This made me very happy as every other company we had had out before him took mere minutes to do their inspection. A few days later Kyle contact me with his inspection findings and his quote. He had found MANY problems with our roof, several that the claims adjuster didn't even catch, and recommend a full roof replacement. Kyle even offered to work with my claims adjuster directly so that I didn't have to be the middle man. After working with them very closely, Kyle was able to convince the insurance company to completely cover ALL the costs so that our roof could be replaced. Kyle continued to work with us on scheduling and even helping us pick out the singles we wanted. Then his crew began work. The crew, led by Rick, was just as personable, knowledgeable and diligent as Kyle was. They arrived on time every day and did all they could to make sure our property would remain clean and undamaged. They listened closely to my requests and even removed an old satellite dish for me. They would ask my opinion on things throughout the project to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. The overall work took approximately 3 days and when all was said and done everything looked amazing! Our yard and gardens were in as good of condition as they were when the project started. It's been about a year since Kyle and his crew replaced our roof, fixed our chimney and secured our soffit and I'm happy to say that everything still looks as good as the day it was finished. We sleep soundly on stormy nights knowing that our new roof will keep us safe and dry. Thank you Kyle, Rick and everyone at Brink Roofing. You're truly a class act.

I called Brink roofing to come out to our condominium complex to give us an estimate to replace our roofs. They did come out and did look at our roofs and I was told I would receive an email within a week with an estimate. It has been a month and still no estimate. I called 3 different times to ask for the estimate and was told that I would receive a call back. Still waiting. I most certainly will not do business with people whom do not feel the need to do as the say that they are going to do.
