Zehr Restorations

I had the good fortune of having Trey and Salomon as the Zehr workmen at my house recently. They were extremely competent, hard working and polite. If I ever need further work done, I hope they will be available.

I have been meaning to leave this review for a while now. I would like to say Evan is a great person and honest person when it comes to whats going on with your home. He informed me of the issue (outside of his practice) but referred me to the right people and followed up to make sure I was taken care of. If ever I do need his services in the future I will definately contact him first. Thanks for everything, Alyssia

We recently had a major water leak in my home, and I can’t say enough good things about Zehr Restorations! From the moment I called, their team was responsive, professional, and reassuring during what was a very stressful situation. They arrived promptly, assessed the damage thoroughly, and explained every step of the restoration process so I knew exactly what to expect. The technicians worked efficiently to extract the water, dry out the affected areas, and prevent any mold growth. They used high-quality equipment and clearly took pride in doing the job right the first time. They were called in after another restoration company failed to take proper steps to dry out and mitigate potential mold growth. What really stood out was their attention to detail and communication. They checked in daily to monitor moisture levels and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Once the drying was complete, they helped coordinate with my insurance company, which made the whole experience much smoother. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage—trustworthy, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused! They will not railroad you with unnecessary expenses like most restoration companies will do when they have an insurance claim, they often go overboard and take advantage of the situation at hand. Zehr can be trusted to do only what is necessary and in the most efficient manner possible.

My basement was flooded from the recent heavy rain. Trey, Even, and Jake were here the same day and got everything taken care of in a timely manner. They are respectful, personable, and prompt. I truly appreciate a well done job.

The rain earlier this week caused a drain failure and I had over 7 inches of water in my basement. Evan was here within 30 minutes to check things out. He helped review my insurance and to get the sewer company out that next morning, followed by Trey with all the fans and dehumidifiers! Best customer service I have ever had! Thanks so much!
