Having had two homes inspected by Jon from SCC Mold Remediation And Mold Environmental Inspection In Erie, PA Mold Remediation And Mold Environmental Inspection. He found numerous problems with the first, which was quite old, that the sellers had not mentioned. He helped us avoid a money pit while we were walking. We discovered a similarly old house a few months later, but it was in far better shape. We worked with the sellers to resolve a few of the minor issues that Jon brought to our attention. We really valued his thorough assessment, which gave us peace of mind that the house we were buying was secure and didn't require any significant renovations. Value, Professionalism, Quality, and Positive Response

Your heart is to SCC Mold Remediation And Mold Environmental Inspection In Erie PENNSYLVANIA, a reliable business, the Mold Remediation process has been less complicated. I will be renting out one of my rental units in two weeks. They took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and how long the Environment would take, in addition to having good interpersonal skills. I heartily recommend these. Andrei did a fantastic job.

I must say I was not shocked by all the negative reviews via internet and word of mouth. This is a direct reflection of the business owner. It’s rings true that obviously anyone can own a business now a days. His company had a pre planned project with National Fuel and when I say preplanned I mean a year in advance. That is not a guesstimate that is verified by national fuel. New gas’s lines were to be installed throughout some neighborhoods in Erie which would result in numerous customers lawns being dismantled. We get it, that happens, but what followed shouldn’t. Fast forward to today a neighbor spoke with the owner of Shoreline construction (Christopher Tullio) explaining that no one who was effected by this was notified. Nothing, not a friendly letter, not even a simple door hanger was placed previous to starting the work. He explained he didn’t feel that it was necessary to notify the home owners. The home owners directly effected would just stumble upon this when returning home for the day. That says it all right there. She explained she had a scheduled landscaping appointment that could not be complete and had to be rescheduled, which may I add is now the end of July. I had a refrigerator deliver date today that couldn’t be delivered. Lowe’s could gain access to the road. I of course would not have scheduled a delivery if I had previous knowledge as to what was happening on MY property. The receptionist (Lori Tullio) stated “I was advised to tell YOU PEOPLE to contact Aaron Meyer at national fuel”. Well US PEOPLE know a lot of other people and will never give your company a good review. This company not only disrupted customers day but also other business and business owners. All because he as “a business owner” has zero class or respect for his fellow locals. With all this disruption there was no apology to myself, my neighbors or the other reputable companies who were also inconvenienced due to Shorelines lack of communication. He was rude and dismissive because it wasn’t effecting him directly. That is a sure way to lose future customers. And shame on national fuel for choosing this company to represent their name.

This company was subcontracted by national fuel to replace the gas lines on my block. Not only did they ruin my lawn, it has been over a week and nobody has started to reseed it. The lady at the office said it could be up to 3 weeks before resending starts. I understand the need to fix the gas lines, but this company did nothing to make the disruption as seamless as possible.

Shoreline was professional, knowledgeable, neat, and courteous as they complete the job. Top notch work from a highly regarded company that has been around for many years.
