BluSky had a quick response when I needed them. Antonio and Syruss were very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I knew I was in good hands with those 2!

The same day a major storm downed a large tree on our house. Mammoth Restoration was recommended by my insurance company. They had a technician at my house within two hours. (the house is south of Greenville). They started hands on work the next day. In one day the Tree was off the house, the roof covered and the remediation was started.

Can’t thank BlueSky enough for all that they did. The response was quick and professional.Our mitigation guy Kyle was so understanding and assured us that everything we be taken care of . He was very knowledgeable and upfront about what may happen and answered all of our concerns and questions. I appreciated that when asked a question you had his full attention. This young man treated our house like his own and wanted things done correctly and efficiently.So very glad that I made that decision to go with Blue Sky. Someone was here every day to check on the equipment and take reading on the drying process.Thanks again Blue Sky and for having people like Kyle Capwill in your employment .He is an amazing young guy who takes his job seriously and to a personal level with his clients. Blue Sky Restoration was recommended to me by two people to take care of some water damage. I can see why they were so highly recommended. They were prompt, courteous, trustworthy, and professional to work with right from day one. They showed up within 24 hours and were very apologetic it couldn't be sooner. They worked well with the insurance company and made that part super easy. I worked with Rick who promptly returned any calls or messages I had. They kept their equipment there until they were absolutrly certain everything was dry and started into the restoration without a hitch. One little snafu with the bill and how it was addressed, but Rick took care of it immediately. I really hope I never have water damage again, but if I do, this is who i am calling.

I called Mammoth after a storm rolled through and soaked 1/2 my basement floor. They showed up, removed the wet carpet and hauled it away, mopped up, and setup 2 large dehumidifiers with some fans. The bulk of my $4,500 bill was for letting the dehumidifiers and fans run for 4 days. You could purchase 2 industrial dehumidifiers for 1/2 the amount I was billed to "rent" them for 4 nights. Invoices are not itemized unless you call and request it. 5 stars for leaving things dry, and a job well done by cleanup crew, but 2 stars for ridiculously expensive equipment setup
