My husband and I had the best experience with Seth as first-time home buyers. He’s excellent at balancing hopeful but honest and was always straightforward with us about what to expect along the way. So many of his predictions about houses we toured, offers we made, and people we worked with turned out to be spot-on, which made me feel super confident that we made a great choice in working with him. He obviously has a great understanding of the market and I loved to hear his extended knowledge about our community and its history. I truly felt he had our best interests in mind at all turns and I felt extremely taken care of. He went above and beyond responding to messages quickly, scheduling tours almost immediately, and providing recommendations without being pushy. As surreal as it was to find and choose and buy a house all in under a month, I was always glad to have Seth at our side for every step. Will definitely be looking to him again for any real estate moves in our future!
