The property Manager for a rental house on West 7th St has let the tenants destroy the property!! She has a HUGE pile of gutter pipe, shards of broken window pieces, old metal bedframes, and playpens filled to the brim with bags of trash in the middle of the SIDEWALK around the corner from her front door for all the neighbors to enjoy. The kids have to walk in the road to get back on the sidewalk!! There are now 10 kids and 3 adults living there.I've contacted code enforcement so the property owner will be receiving a notice. I've pleaded with the property manager to speak with her in the past but all I receive is ARROGANT responses I hope she moves in next to you! I'm also not sure if animals are allowed but there are dogs on the property. I can also hear the Dog's yelping in pain!

Terrible property managers! If you want a landlord who will not respond to multiple requests for services that are definitely needed, sign on their dotted line. If you want a landlord who will take your money and not offer assistance when needed, sign on their dotted line. If you want a landlord who truly cares about their renter's then run, don't walk away from any rentals managed by these people.

Good luck getting your (uncontested) earnest money deposit back from this company in any reasonable timeframe. 2.5 weeks and counting... Regarding KW's response: Oh I'm absolutely aware that it's legal. But it's still bad business and others should know that they may have their funds tied-up during a time-sensitive period like purchasing a home.

Their agents are hostile and predatory, not willing to work with buyers. Mood changes by the hour. They will try to lock you into less than ideal properties by using loopholes in the contract, backing out of that contract, and then re-initiating a contract on their own term. Be very very cautious when using them as a buyer or a seller. In response to the owner's response: It is the fault of you and your agent however to control the attitudes in which you use to respond to small issues such as a mortgage application not being signed on time. It was not the end of the world and the mortgage application was submitted and approved, so not that big of a deal. But good luck selling your property!
