The day I listed my lakefront home with Fred and Team I had a strong feeling that he was going to be the one to sell it. His marketing plan really impressed me. It included setting up a barista at my open houses. This was not only novel but it added a touch of class to my listing. He also did an onsite video of my home and the neighborhood which he posted on Facebook. And to top it off Fred used his great sense of humor to add some color to this! It gave buyers the opportunity to sit in the comfort of their home and view my listing. When I asked if I should stage my empty house he immediately found software to virtually stage it. This upgraded it from a house to a home. And when buyers needed specific information about property lines and lakefront erosion, he took it upon himself to check with the township and Coastal Zone Management and get the necessary clarification. Fred was knowledgeable, patient and enjoyable to work with. And as I predicted Fred and Team sold my home! I highly recommend him to buyers and sellers as Fred and Team are exceptional!
