My wife and I were looking for a house with good bones that we could fix up to be our dream home, and Evan helped us find it. When looking at the home we decided to buy, he considered it as if he were going to buy it, and helped point out things we could easily fix. He also was very helpful in negotiating, which was one of the things my wife and I were most concerned about. Overall, he was a very important part of making our dream home a reality, and I would recommend him to anyone looking in the Erie area.
