We are so glad for this administration under Mary Munro and the wonderful team she had. They make so many amazing changes to make the property more beautiful, secure, and a blessed place to live a happy life. Here the residents come and enjoy the magnificent heated pool, the park for kids, the clubhouse, also a lot of oxygen from the beautiful trees all around. Not only that, they bring happiness to everybody when the ice cream truck and the hot dog cart come to Willowood. Mary and her team always listen to you, is a very nice place to live and have peace. Oh, they accept dogs, and even Willowood Village has a dog park. Thank you so much to Mary, Ken, Lauren, and Brian C. Luz & Pedro Nunez

We lived here for almost two years and for the most part loved it. Definitely had issues with Management at times but over all had a great experience. Townhouse was cute and very up to date and is very spacious We loved how helpful maintenance is and always on top of gettings things done quickly. We loved all that the community had to offer the pool and food trucks were great. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friend we definitely recommend

Willowood Village is owned by Riedman Apartments. They are just your standard corporate conglomerate landlords. The Good: Our time there was mostly fine. There are plenty of community events hosted by the leasing office. The pool is very nice. The property manager is pleasant. Convenient location being close to Peach Street and Presque Isle. They allow pets, for $40 more a month per pet. The Bad: If it is in the contract, that is the way it is no matter what the circumstances are. I guarantee your rent will go up $50 - $100+ per month every year. They use cheap materials and appliances and will charge you for absolutely everything they can when you leave. Parking is terrible and for nearly $1500 a month, I should have a spot close to my apartment to load/unload my vehicle. West 38th Street is very loud. Which makes your patio almost unusable. They do yearly inspections on your unit which feel like a major invasion of privacy. You are just a number to management. Nearly every communication I have received from them had misspellings sometimes including your name. Summary: All in all, Willowood is a fine place to live. However, when you move out make sure your pockets are deep. In addition, for how much they charge in rent the accommodations could be higher quality. You are paying for everything that was mentioned in the 'The Good' section. I think one of the few reasons they can charge so much is because they allow pets and most apartment complexes in Erie do not. In all honesty, they probably deserve higher than a one-start review but I am frustrated that I have had to hand over nearly $4000 in the past month to move out.

The cons is parking, and price. The pros is It's a very homey place to live. It's always calm and quiet, and all the neighbors are very nice. The maintenance are very good here. Whenever you have any issue they are always on top of it and quick to help. It's also very pet friendly here, and it's nice to have a dog park where dogs can run off their leash.

A great community with a ton of amenities and the office staff is continually involved in ensuring resident satisfaction. Food trucks are regularly scheduled throughout the summer months and the pool feels like a vacation right at home. Every year, you can visually see the efforts that Riedman is taking to upgrade and maintain such a beautiful property and the property is aging well because of it.
