We went to pick up our yearly pumpkin pie from Marsha Marsh. Our real estate agent became a very close friend of ours. She of course was there and her name is Linda Johnson. You can't find a more pleasant real estate team in Erie whether you're selling or buying a home. Go see Linda you won't be disappointed.

I actually found my own place to buy by putting an ad on Craigslist. the only reason we included their agent Mary Huffman in the commission was because she let us rent her apartment. I say try the FSBO and stop letting real estate agents steal the home owner's money. wouldn't recommend them at all.
