I've lived here for 2 months now and will be living here for the next 8 months. This place is just perfect. It's quiet, beautiful and safe. The room is so comfortable. I got everything I need. The autumn and winnter here are stunning. I can't wait to see what the spring and summer look like.

I've lived here 5 months now & couldn't be happier. Parking lot was plowed & salted all winter. Sidewalks shoveled & salted, also. As a senior this was important to me. I put in 2 work orders & they were done in record time. Grounds are kept tidy, rent pay is easy through online portal. Staff is awesome. Apartment was move inready. December 2023- I've been here a year now so thought I would update my review. I'm still a happy camper. Beautifully kept in summer. My only concern is is the $70 increase in rent for this small apartment. But it didn't keep me from renewing for another year. Love my place.
