I’ve lived at Carleton Court for three years. I started in a small efficiency apartment and when I knew I could afford a bigger place, requested to move into a one bedroom apartment. I loved it! It was safe and so convenient. The maintenance staff were incredible. If you needed anything, they were only a phone call away. The grounds were always mowed and swept and the snow was always cleared. I had the best neighbors and everybody looked out for each other without being “nosy”. I highly recommend Carleton Court to be on your radar if you are looking for an apartment.

The is Jake, I live at the apartments in downtown Erie. Jess and Tim that manage the property are amazing. If you have any issues they stand with you during the whole thing. I 100% suggest if you think of living here, you talk to Jess or Tim they do an amazing job keeping in contact with all there tenants and make them feel comfortable

Melissa E and Mac were phenomenal from start to finish! Melissa was very accommodating, having taken time out of her busy schedule to give us a SECOND tour so that we could make a better decision. Talk about above & beyond! Needless to say, toured and moved in all within a 2 week time period. Can’t thank you both enough!

Melisa helped me throughout the entire process. She was so kind and thorough. I’ve had a super tough year and she was unbelievably nice to me, went above and beyond and made the whole thing so seamless. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, would recommend her 10 x over.

Robert from Glowacki came out to fix the chipping paint above the shower in my rental unit that was due to non-waterproof paint being used previously. I had submitted a request to have the chipping paint fixed and the ticket was closed without resolving the issue. During my annual inspection, I mentioned it to Robert, and he followed through to make sure the repair was completed. For his part, Robert was professional, courteous, and ensured the job was done properly. I appreciate his effort and follow-through.
