Alpine Village Apartments

We lived here for 2.5 years and had an amazing experience throughout. The maintenance service was always prompt, efficient, and reliable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The community is surrounded by greenery and well-maintained spaces, making it a pleasant place to live. Most importantly, we always felt safe in the neighborhood. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to call home!

Alpine Village is a pet friendly apartment complex that boasts a large green space including a pool and fenced dog park. The neighbors in and around Alpine are very friendly. There is plenty of well lit, off street parking. The exterior maintenance, such as snow removal and landscaping, is meticulous. On site trash and recycling is provided without additional cost. The location allows for extremely quick travel to all parts of Erie and the surrounding areas as well as close interstate access. The bus stops right at the western corner of the property. Multiple school buses stop near the area as well. Each building has its own well maintained laundry facility. There is newly installed high speed internet access included with each apartment. The apartments are quiet, spacious and include ample storage spaces. The layouts allow for multiple furniture configurations. The property manager and staff make renters feel valued within the community. They are respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accountable! Administrative and maintenance requests are cared for promptly and properly. Alpine Village is complex living at its best!

The nicest place I've ever lived. It's in a nice area close to 90, 79, and Peach Street and not far from downtown. My neighbors are really friendly. The pool is awesome. I love that there is a storage room and pets are allowed. Last, maintenance is extremely quick to respond. I've only had 2 minor issues in my four years living here and maintenance came the same day. I'm really happy here!
