Tried Niagra car wash for the first time. Very disappointed, the undercarriage spray never happened. I still had large pieces of ice on my rocker panels and my door panels were still very dirty. The colorful spray foam soap is pretty but not when it's left on your car. I still had soap left on car, didn't rinse it completely. I had high hopes that this might be a better car wash because of the steep $15 price tag, but it's not. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Remembered why I stopped using Niagara Wash! Just gave em a chance. Under car sprayed for about 3sec! Got maybe half my undercarriage? Then went through its motions. ($14 ULTIMATE WASH) Left soap all over my car so bad I had to go back, spend another $3 to manually get my car rinsed off. Don't waste your hard earned money here. They can't even calibrate the machines to work on time and properly 🙄 Demanding a refund in the morning. Joe.

Worst car wash ever!!! I am done with these Niagara Car Was places, they are such a scam and don't clean nothing!!! Paid for a wash and only got half of my car and the card reader doesn't work so im left with soap on my car!! NEVER AGAIN WITH NIAGARA RIP OFF!!!

Had a voucher from a previous car wash due to it never starting, followed the instructions to redeem and it took voucher and never gave the car wash.

They'd get more customers if they provided free vacuums. Otherwise, it's a great place for a quick cheap rinse. But you'd better get a routine down so you don't waste time on the clock and get all the soap off. And should you ever need quarters for change on your way downtown it's your spot.
