I want to being my own cleaning supplies to clean this place because the top fillers for washers are green and built up yuck 🤮. Washers stink can u guys please clean the washers once a week. Man sleeping on floor last time I don't feel safe here 😪. Only place close to home. Lastly all dryers don't work and one person with a big family uses up like 8 dryers at once. I blame this on customers though.

Very unimpressed. First, the knob for selecting the soaps and shampoos was junk. I only got cold water, barely warm water, and blow drier settings. The other options? Forget it! The spray nozzle was beat to death and if you're a woman with carpal tunnel, forget it. Thankfully I'm a full grown man. Here's the motivation to even write this review. The charge to my credit card. My son pressed the end time at 13:58 seconds. It rolled and turned off at 14:01 and charged me $15 instead of $14! Expect it to round it to the next dollar no matter how you use the stop watch, because they're charlatans! Did that extra $1 charge go towards fixing the sprayer or offering a soap selection that is advertised on the dial? NO. I picked this place because I wanted to support a local business. I'll go to tractor supply next time.

I’d give it a zero if I could! So we get there! Unload my dog and get them into the wash bay! Only to go put 10 dollar bill in and it wouldn’t take it! Tried over 5x to get it to take it! Nothing wrong with it either! So now I have to take my dog back out, grab our stuff and drive next door to get a five and some ones! Come back and it took the money this time! But once I got to 10$ it only gave 10 minutes! By the time I was done I had 13$ in and less than 12 minutes to wash my large dog! Then there is no instruction on the nozzle! Took almost a minute just to turn on the water! Then it’s not temp adjustable and the water was way too hot! The settings on the nozzle don’t work and water pressure is either way to low or way too high! The blow dryer is terrible as well! Way too strong! Will never take any of my pets to this wash! I could’ve spent the same and had 30 minutes to bathe my dog at pet supply so going there from Now on! Then they want us to clean it after which I have no issue with so long as it can be done for free! But nope! You need to pay to disinfect the tub! No wonder why nobody cleans it when their done!

How is your dryer in the car wash still not working. Like it’s been almost a year now. And then you have the audacity to put a note on it no refunds for the dryer not working. Owner is lazy and doesn’t care clearly
