My mother-in-law has a drain back up that flooded her basement living space. Vince made a fast house call- within an hour and equally quickly even got the blockage cleared. He was fast, courteous and effective. He also helped her coordinate the clean up services. As a side note - it was his birthday and he even skipped his birthday dinner to be here.... I guess we owe him one. Anyway -if you're reading this, don't hesitate, give them a call, you probably need them more than you think... In this situation - Faster is better.
