Saved me $1,000 and fixed it in 20 minutes! "I cannot recommend Troy at Rapid Sewer and Plumbing highly enough. We originally had another plumber out who told us our floor drain was broken and quoted us $1,175 to fix it. We called Rapid Sewer for a second opinion, and I’m so glad we did. Troy showed up, cleaned the drain, and cleared the blockage through the floor drain in just 20 minutes. He only charged us $150, saving us over $1,000! From now on, we will only be using Rapid Sewer and Plumbing. If you want someone honest who knows what they’re doing, call Troy."

He is a lazy guy and ripped me off for 150. Did not even come into the house and snake the drain. Instead he only plunged for 5 minutes from outside trap. It lasted 3 days and he refused to come back out and help me. Next guy I called spent 4 hours snaking it and got it very clean. Troy is a hot head and too lazy to take his equipment downstairs what a waste of money. He does not give a crap whatsoever. Do not waste your money on this lazy non caring person. Just wow.

Troy came out on a Sunday, which was incredibly convenient and accommodating. Troy's knowledge and expertise were immediately apparent. He took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I fully understood the situation and the options available. Beyond his professionalism, Troy's honesty stood out. It's rare to find someone so transparent and trustworthy. He didn't try to upsell unnecessary services and provided a clear and fair assessment. Overall, my experience with Troy was exceptional.

My hot water tank went out and Troy literally showed up 40 minutes after my first call to him. He walked me through the hows and whys of the problem and helped me make the best choice for my home and my pocketbook. Very highly recommend. Oh, and in rare form for contractors now a days, he showed up exactly the minute he said he would both times he came out!

$380 and he didn't fix the problem.... will never call or recommend to anyone
