2-10-2026 "NO HEAT" I called 3 different places for estimates & called Pilewski Plumbing & Heating & Jason came & gave us the fine New Furnace Estimate & they had a fair/reasonable price. The following day 2-11-2026 @ 8am Mike & Ryan came to install New Furnace. All day job 8am-4pm. Thank you Mike, Ryan & Jason for your hard work, professionalism, knowledge, kindness answering all our questions & the reasonable & fair price. Any household Heating & Plumbing issueswe will call on Pilewski.

Excellent service and very timely. Was updating kitchen and need to have a few faucet installed along with garbage disposal and reconfiguring the drains. They slide in right after the counters were installed. Ron was terrific and the quality was tops. Will continue to use them

My experience with this plumber has been outstanding. This job involved a nearly complete renovation of my powder room which included flooring. Everyone was prompt, efficient, and meticulous. Eric's work was above and beyond expectations. Professional from start to end!

My hot water tank had a slow leak. I called and told them I had a slow leak. Kim asked me some questions about the tank which I answered. She said "You need a new tank. There's no way it can be repaired." "Ok," I said with a sigh. "How much?" Without hesitation she said "$1070." I wasn't too happy about the price but what am I going to do. I asked, "Does that include the tank and installation, etc?" Again without hesitation, "It includes everything." I gave her my schedule for the week. About 2 - 3 hours later a guy shows up. He did everything quick. He gave me the bill for $1695!!!! I said, "I was told it was $1070." He said, "I don't know why you were told that. The price has been $1685 for quite awhile. I'll leave you with this and you can call." I called and said, "I called this morning about my hot water tank and I was given a price of $1070 but when the plumber came he gave me a bill for $1685 and I was wondering due to the price discrepancy if the bill could be reduced by 10 percent." "I DID NOT TELL YOU THAT!!!! I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE THAT!!! OUR PRICES ARE THE SAME FOR EVERYONE" I tried to speak but when I did I was cut off and told, "YOU TALKED TO ME!!! YOU TALKED TO ME!!! I DID NOT SAY THAT!!!" I finally was able to speak, "Had I been told it would be $1685, I would have called other companies." She kept yelling at me, "YOU TALKED TO ME!!!! YOU TALKED TO ME!! I WOULD NEVER TELL YOU $1070!!!!" I again said, "Had I heard $1685 I would have called other companies." Again I was still being screamed at. As it was a slow leak and I still had hot water this wasn't an "OMG I need this fixed today!!!" I had plenty of time to call other contractors for hopefully better prices than $1685 had that been what Kim said when I initially. This is now the second time when I called I was given one price and then when I got the bill it has been higher than what I was told. This is not the first nor the second time I have been screamed at by Kim either. I have continued to use the company because the crew they have hired are nice, efficient and good at what they do. I can usually get the same day service. It is unfortunate I have to write this but it has to be known. From now on no matter who I talk to, I will reiterate the price that was given to me before I hang up and request an email for confirmation. I did find out where the $1070 price came into play... It's the cost of the hot water tank only.
