These guys are great ! My mother knows them and I needed a plumber real quick cause I was getting a sewer smell from the pipes in my basement it was at 2:30 I got ahold of them they said they where all the way in Fairview but took my address and said if everything goes well at the current job they would be at my residence .. and sure thing showed up at 4:00 same day .. and snaked the pipe from the house to the street it was all backed up .. and a very reasonable rate 🙏 Thank you guys again ..

The best customer service I have ever experienced! My wife and I were having trouble with our hot water tank so we called W.H. Motsch & Sons plumbing. Best married decision we've ever made! They were out within the hour, and after a friendly conversation with Mike, we ended up having them install a brand new hot water tank. We thought New Year, new hot water tank! Not only do we have scalding hot water now, they went above and beyond the call of duty. Our bottom step was broken off due to wear and tear and they even fixed that too! In the frigid temps we thanked them with some homemade French Onion soup, and they were delighted. If only more deals could go this smoothly the world would be a better place! Had a floor drain in my basement that started backing up during the melt of the recent snow storm on Sunday evening. Didn't want to pay emergency service prices so I waited until the next morning to have a plumber come over. Mike and Dan were extremely efficient in getting the sewer line cleared and everything cleaned up in a completely professional manner. Highly recommend.

Recommending Motsch Plumbing Had an issue with a cartridge in my shut off valve for a shower. As a business owner I am not one to openly criticize honest companies that try their best. Had a plumbing company come in and tell me all the reasons it could not be fixed unless I tore up ceramic. Put the shower back together without fixing it and scratched a fixture. Charged me for their visit and went on their way. I had to find a solution and Tim from Motsch Plumbing came in today. First off great fella. Had it fixed in 30 minutes. Charge was 30 percent less than the company that couldn’t fix it. Thank you Tim and Motsch plumbing.
