Erie's freeze-thaw cycles and 101 inches of annual lake-effect snowfall create unique challenges for plumbing systems. Frozen pipes, burst water lines, and basement flooding are common issues for homeowners in Millcreek, Harborcreek, and downtown Erie. Pennsylvania law requires all plumbing work to be performed by a licensed plumber under PA Act 27.

They have done work for me twice, hot water heater, and well pump inside and outside in a foot of snow. From picking up the phone (a lot of places don't do that AND don't bother to call you back), coming with everything they may need along with their expertise you will be in good hands. Topnotch customer service, reasonable prices and all around nice people, two thumbs up!

These guys definitely know their stuff. We had a particularly difficult sewer tie in and they went above and beyond to get us sorted out. They deserve bonuses for the hard back breaking work they put in. Never seen harder workers.

George SR (and crew) was always great to work with and he did great work at my residence and business for years. George JR (the owner’s son), however, showed up an hour late and then told me there would not be enough time to complete all the work we had lined up 3 weeks in advance (when the job was quoted, it was known that this would be an all day job). He got started with the work, but when my wife (who was frustrated) questioned the timeline, he blew up, threw a tantrum, tossed the brand new equipment in his truck, verbally threatened us and left. We now have to line up a different plumber to come do some critical plumbing repairs the day before moving into our new home. Update: we found a different company to take care of us on the same day, plus additional work that was completed a week later. I also recieved a text message from George JR tonight, over a week later, but rather than try to smooth things over or ask me to reconsider my review, he “reminded me” that this was all my and my wife’s fault and he’s not concerned about losing a “bad customer”. He has recordings apparently of my wife’s remarks (I assume the recording was made after his initial reaction and temper…). Luckily, there were 2 other companies and crews here doing other work to witness the situation. Both were astonished at what happened. We may have been frustrated that our plumbing issues wouldn’t be resolved after specifically scheduling the work 3 weeks in advance and on the day before moving in, but who wouldn’t be? I guess that’s too high of a standard for the owner’s son.

The owner of the company came out on a Saturday on rather short notice to replace my leaking valves under the kitchen sink. He thoroughly checked and tightened everything else and replaced the cheap plastic valves with higher quality brass valves. Super nice guy and great work. Very appreciative of his time. Valerie, who took my call, was very nice and helpful. Excellent service!
