Bill Morewood Plumbing and Heating

The rudest, most ignorant behavior I've ever encountered in a plumber. Also refused to tell me his name. Another worker there said that his name is "Cory". Completely disrespected me and my home and ruined my bathroom. Screamed in the face of a physicallly disabled person in a wheelchair. Owners comment says he never worked for me. I have photos of the guy and his Bill Morewood plumbing truck at my house.

This company is excellent. I had a countertop installed from Lowe’s and had go have a plumber come before hand to take out faucets and plumbing under the counter and then 24 hours after countertop was installed they had to come back to reinstall the plumbing. They went out of their way to see that this was done! Dan was very professional and you didn’t even know he was here when the work was done. I highly recommend them for any of your needs. I also had them install a gas line for a new stove.

330$ to clear out a pipe is too much, asked for a call to explain the price and they never called, plus the tech left a mess for me to clean up. Bad

My parents always called Morewood Plumbing and my brother and I continue to use them now that we have homes of our own. Most recently, Dave came out on a Friday, within an hour of my call, to fix a broken furnace. He assessed the situation, ran down all my options, and worked with Mr. Morewood to us an amazing estimate on a new, way more efficient furnace! Most importantly, Mr. Morewood himself came out the next day to explain to my husband and me about the work being done and what we could do differently to give our new unit a longer life. Super fast, friendly service with faces I always recognize - I can’t recommend them enough!

I had a technician come evaluate my boiler at the end of the summer. The tech explained that I needed a new boiler and then the entire company ghosted me. No one contacted me; they use an answering service and I left several unreturned messages. I am now working with a different company but the delay in waiting for these people to return my phone calls means my house will be unheated until at least mid-november.
