Pet Supplies Plus Erie

It's great shopping at this prrrrfectly located store for your basic pet needs. They have a great point system and send incentives constantly. $coupons, 2 for 1s on kitty litter, etc. The store staff is helpful and friendly and so are the healthy pets the sell there that need great homes. Great for first time pet owners as well as their tropical fish selection.

The customer service is above par! Not only do the employees help me get the correct food for my dogs and cat, but they will haul it out to the car for me! There is always a coupon to use and a smile from them with every encounter. Great store, great location, and great people !

The woman who helped me after my cat gave birth was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. My cat wasn't producing milk and I was walked through exactly what I needed to do.

Edited Review from 3 to 5 stars written at the end. I love the store and the deals but the website has been down for a couple of weeks now it has caused me some issues because I am disabled. I can't get a delivery, I can't change my auto delivery which I need to do, and I can't add offers. I ended up having to go into the store, which is hard for me, a nice young man who was an employee offered to let me use the laptop to add offers and check my account but I was in a hurry, and I can't do that every time I need to shop, he also said check the website in a couple of days it should be working but it still isn't. I called about a week later and left my phone number because they said the issue with the website being down was just on my end and they would have someone call back, I have heard nothing. Google is saying their website is down. Pet Supplies Plus, please get this issue fixed!! I am editing my review from 3 stars to 5 stars because the team at Pet Supplies Plus went above and beyond to help me with the internet problem. I would like to thank Roland from the West Erie Plaza store for his amazing personal help, and thank whomever it was I spoke with at the corporate phone number, she was very patient and efficient. The problem was solved in a day after speaking with them and I very much appreciate service that cares about the customer.

We always have a wonderful experience bringing our golden doodle in to do some toy and treat shopping. They have an amazing selection on everything your pet needs . I love that they have an area you can bathe your pup. Everyone who works there is so friendly!!
