Stephon showed up a day after our big snow storm. I was impressed that he was able to make it here. He was professional as usual, did his inspection and sprayed the basement. It didn't take long. He is always very pleasant and asks if you had any issues since his last visit.

Aaron arrived on time & was dressed professionally. He even covered his shoes when entering the main area of our house. He did a very thorough job on the main floor and in the basement. Aaron was very knowledgeable, courteous & answered all of my questions. He will return in one week to check his work. This was our first visit from Orkin & I feel it went well.
