Buyer beware! Beware of a smooth talking, pushy door to door salesman. I told this kid that I specifically did NOT want a subscription and would allow a one time application to evaluate their product and service. I did not sign a contract and provided my credit card for the one time application. The service guy came out the next day and applied the solution to the foundation of the house and “dusted” the eaves with a supposed deterrent. Said I might still see insect activity for a “few” weeks. Now, a month later I still see insect activity. Sure enough, my credit card was charged again for the “monthly” fee of a subscription that I did NOT sign for! So now to call customer service to begin the comedic and lame cancellation process with this obvious deceptive company. After multiple attempts and cut offs, I finally get connected with a foreign speaking answering service that apparently evaluated my call to connect me with the “real” customer service rep. After getting cut off and placed on extended hold, he finally comes back on tells me they’re very busy and will call me back. To my surprise, they actually did call back. I advised the call taker of my situation and that I wanted my cc credited as I did NOT sign up for a subscription. He argued that I did sign a contract that they could lower my monthly fee if I would like. I reiterated that I want this service cancelled immediately and I would be contacting my attorney if they persisted in not cancelling and crediting my cc. I was put on hold again so that he could speak to a “supervisor”. The kid then comes back on and stated that they would cancel the contract and credit my card. All apparently a lie and appeasement tactic, leaving me to have contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Long story short, beware of this company as the service is not what you get and they will attempt to rip you off with a long term contract for services that are sub par and don’t work! Don’t be fooled by a dishonest door to door salesman!

The gentleman took care of everything including the mouse traps and checking for 🐝 wasps nests 🪹. He was very nice

Joe at Greenix was very knowledgeable and professional. Arrived on time and took a few minutes to familiarize himself with my property and our pest issues. Even showed me a nest he found…..Would definitely recommend!

Jonathan was very good. I am satisfied with the hornets being gone. He told me to wait a week to see if they come back. They is why I haven't said anything yet but Jonathan was excellent, very knowledgeable on the insects too.
