The gentleman who comes to do the lawn care applications is friendly and always leaves a statement attached to our door handle (whether we're home or not). Our lawn looks lovely all spring summer and fall. We receive compliments from anyone who stops by our property.

I wish I had before and after pictures to share, but I can describe the positive effect CTF had on my lawn. I have about 3/4 acre of lawn that I have owned the last 6 years. We have been plagued by broad leaf weeds and dandelions in the areas exposed by wind that blow the seeds in from the west. For years I tried dealing with it myself using Jonathan Green products with zero improvement year after year, despite plugging and lime treatment in the Fall season. Our HOA which is composed of high end duplexes below us (we live in a house on a hill above the duplexes) has such nice grass which had been contracted by CTF for care. So I decided this past season to give CTF a try for our continued eye sore lawn. WOW! Come Spring this year, I could not believe how rich and green our grass was. I could walk barefoot where there was nothing but endless varieties of broadleaf, dandelions, and burdock weeds. You have to keep in mind in PA the following. Because the glaciers stopped short of PA (essentially at the Ohio border), PA has horrible top soil, which means draughts like we had this summer are much more intense than across the border in Ohio. When the glaciers receded, it left great top soil in Ohio, but they didn't make it as far as PA, where we have clay type soil which has horrible moisture retention. Second, if you do the math on box store brands (J.G., Scotts, etc) on their multi-step programs, it likely ends up being more expensive than using CTF, who comes out like clockwork and does the work for you. Believe me, after years of struggling to find out my pH, etc, let these guys do the good job for your lawn... enough said!

Commercial turf has done my lawn over the last few years and they are top notch. My lawn looks great, they are always on time, and Ashton always call before coming out to make sure it’s a good time. Carey runs the office and is super accommodating and pleasant to deal with. If you are looking for an all around lawn service, they are one of the best in the Erie area!

CTF is efficient and effective in their services / solution they deliver. I have had three prior competitors and the results don’t even compare to CTF. You get the value for what you pay.
