Erie's affordable housing market attracts movers from across the region, with many relocating to Millcreek, Harborcreek, and Fairview. Winter moves in Erie require special planning due to lake-effect snow and icy conditions from November through March. Local movers understand the challenges of navigating Erie's older neighborhoods with narrow streets and steep driveways.

Warner Theatre is a beautiful historic venue! We have seen some big names here, like Jerry Seinfeld, Jeff Dunham, the band Chicago. Our most recent visit was to watch a screening of Christmas Vacation and Chevy Chase and his wife came out afterwards to talk about his career and answer audience questions! Keep an eye on the theatre, they have some unique events. Parking is easy, lots of great seats, paperless tickets and the staff is always very polite and helpful!

We saw a concert there. Had great seats- 3rd row center. Theatre was nostalgic, staff very helpful. Needed more toilet stalls on 1st floor women's bathroom. Theatre seats were uncomfortable...small and dated. Parked on street. Neighborhood a little sketchy. Concert itself was fantastic. Will return next time in town.

The theater is gorgeous as always! The show was not what we expected, it was way better! If you haven't seen it, GO!

What a beautiful theatre!! The staff were so friendly and eager to share about the history of the theatre. I loved that the bar areas were spaced out, keeping lines moving faster. The seats were a decent size and comfortable, too. We enjoyed our time there.

I can't say enough good things about the Warner theater. I live in Pittsburgh, it takes 2 hours to get to Erie and I drive it again just for the theater. It's a beautiful old-time restored theater that is comfortable, warm and the staff are amazing. I wouldn't go on about a theater unless it was absolutely over the top special. And the Warner theater is just that, over the top gorgeous.
