U-Haul Moving & Storage of Downtown Erie

The gentleman who helped me yesterday and today is a wonderful human being. He's so kind and he waited for me and helped me with all of my equipment. This location is the best. And give that man a raise!

The young woman who helped me rent the unit and check out (name started with an "X") was so pleasant to work with! Also, Demond (storage area manager) was super helpful and kind. Two excellent employees! Thank you! 😊

As mentioned in prior reviews, I am a frequent truck renter. I always return to this particular location for a reason.Their rentals are clean, late models, and the customer service remains exceptional.Walking in their store, you find it very clean, bright, and well stocked. I am a long time customer of UHAUL, including multiple storage units. It seriously could not get much better than this. Highly recommended

OBI- JUAN AND AARON WORKERS AT THIS FACILITY BULLIED A 70 YEAR OLD VETERAN CUSTOMER AND TOLD HIM HIS STORAGE WAS LOCKED AND HE HAD TO GET A LOCKSMITH. THIS WAS A LIE, HE PAID 90 DOLLARS FOR NOTHING, LAZY, BAD PEOPLE.

We ended up having to extend our rental by many days due to things that occurred on our end. The people here at this U-Haul are great We had a girl come immediately out and inspect our vehicle for us she was great she was awesome play courteous thorough professional and a sweetheart to talk to. We greatly appreciate this U-Haul and its employees and will continue to go here on a needed basis.
