The UPS Store

Someone might need to look into this place. Every time I walk in there its only attractive female workers working the counter with the exception that there was 1 elderly lady the last time I walked in there. Im not making accusations I just think its odd that when I go to the one on peach street its 50/50 for gender and then I come over here and its only women.

Did not leave an attempted delivery slip, after digging around on the shippers website I found my info and brought it to the store 2 days after the attempt. They didnt have my package and told me it would be in the next day, and the website for tracking would let me know it was there. Before opening the next morning the site said it had arrived so I arrived at open only to be told they had printed the label the day prior and scanned it in, marking it as having arrived at the store when it in fact had not. After all the associates in the store were confused and called someone who had been working the day prior, they were informed that the package would arrive hours later in the day. Its frustrating that there was no/ false communication, and worrisome that UPS would be scanning in packages that had not yet arrived. On top of everything, this ordeal made me late to work and I STILL dont have my package!

Recommend not getting your passport photos done here. Went in store on September 27th to get passport photos done for renewals for two adults. Spent $40 for two adults pictures. Received notification on October 18th from the Passport Agency that my passport renewal is on hold because the pictures were not done right and I'd have to provide new ones.

Great customer service! PLEASE change your business hours on the website and your front window. I arrived at 5:00 today, just as ths staff was locking up.
