I recently rented a unit from them for over a year. Went to retrieve my belongs to find mold covered all over my furniture and kids beds. I also paid a insurance fee every month. Upon this discovery I found the unit to be damage along the right side of the unit.. with that being said I done nothing wrong to that unit and was at a lost of all my kids beds furniture things had to be thrown away that belong to my deceased grandfather deceased niece. I was told that my unit was not covered under insurance because the expected the mold to grow on it for the two months I was behind mind u I paid that in full with agreement to the company for that extinction. I don't recommend NO ONE to store their things there and also the insurance company is robot system that will use any reason to not pay you although the company says u deserve that compensation thru their findings. Im not just talking a little mold but completely covered in mold. Im left to take this to higher matter and be more out of pocket but also NEVER able to replace the things of my deceased family members. I was promised 500 for mold damage although it was 5000.00 policy thru the company but never received no payment or a offer thru insurance company. Don't get the insurance its not gonna pay out better yet don't even store ur things there u will remember this review if you do

Originally called their line to set up/inquire about a storage unit, and I was helped with care and consideration! Both owners i spoke to followed up with my interest in their services after I ended up using their online portal to buy a storage unit. Definitely would recommend them. Professional and very much invested in their clients!

Prices are reasonable. I reserved a medium sized unit and when I arrived they had reserved me a parking place instead. They corrected the error and put me in a larger unit for the same price initially then billed me for the larger unit the following month. You get a gate code for the security gate but the gate is always open so your only security is the lock on your storage unit, that should be addressed.

The service at the beginning was amazing but AFTER I moved my stuff out of my storage unit, they CONTINUED to charge me. I moved out 5 days before my first 30 days AND to this day, 5 months LATER their STILL sending me a bill. I even sent them a email letting them know I moved out! The shady part of all this is their continuing to charge me and the unit is empty with their lock on it.

Great service by all staff ! Very helpful in providing answers to all my questions .Directions provided made for a trouble free move in day. Highly pleased !
