Michael was extremely helpful in giving us a complete tour of the facility! You drive up to the gate punch in your number and DRIVE into the facility. You park your car, get an onsite cart to transfer all your belongings into your unit. The entire place is EXTREMELY clean, the units are as large as you need, the staff is GREAT! And for the price, as far as I researched, is so reasonable for short or long term storage. We are getting so much more than we thought we were, that we are beyond pleased and Michael was the frosting on the cake!
