The representative who dropped off the truck was professional, thorough and courteous. The vehicle itself was in fantastic condition. I wasn’t even expecting to receive a truck as the rental while my truck was in the shop. Erie PA staff was professional, very nice to deal with. Van was clean, with full tank. It handled very well for a cargo van on a 1500 mile trip. Minimal paperwork was a bonus. I'll be back !
