If I could give a '0' for customer service I would. God forbid they call you if there is an issue with a means of payment before things get out of hand. The rudeness, attitude, condescending tone and general customer treatment when trying to find out exactly what happened is unacceptable from a consumer oriented business. I truly hope that other customers are treated far better than us.

used them when we were trying to sell our house, and the experience was so easy. They dropped the boxes where I asked them to and all I had to do was walk to my driveway, which truly helped to de-clutter our house. When we moved, I told them when I wanted them delivered and that was done on time. I saved so much time and money not having to drive to a storage facility 100 times.
