B F Fields Moving & Storage

This sauna is about 2 years old. The damage to the wood happened when the sides were not wrapped as workers carried the disassembled sauna down steps into a truck and then into storage untill the company delivered it a few weeks later.. The door is GLASS. The 3rd party here that did the damage said they were surprised it was not crated! The wiring exposed on the top and the sides along with the damage to the screen was the fault of an incompetent third party that BFFIELDS hired. Why I am only giving this company 1 star is due to my calls asking for their help to move this forward to completion. From owner Mike to George neither ever got back to me. BfFields is the company that hired MSS the 3rd party for assembly of the sauna. The job of contacting this third party was going to have to come from me. If this was ever going to be solved I was going to have to figure it out myself. This is wrong. This was my first time hiring a local "home town" company. I never had 1 problem from any small town mover or from MAYFLOWER. Notice the rips in the screen. They were caused by the third party also. The top is not seated correctly and is crushing the exposed wiring. I had written a great review for BFFields but that was only with them storing and moving 12 or 15 boxes 1 chair and 3 fake trees. I deleted that review as this was happening. If you have any problem or they have to hire a third party don't count on them to help you once that truck leaves. I wish I had hired Mayflower again. Their entire start to end was so professional and their people checked in every step of the move making sure it was going well. Everything and I mean everything was padded and wrapped. It's said Mayflower is the nations no.1 moving company. Now I know why!

George and his team were excellent to deal with. Used them today for an in town residential move. Tim and the rest of the guys were terrific. On time, everything was handled with care. They were very polite and courteous of our homes and belongings. I would use them again for any of our moving needs, and will recommend them to family and friends. Thank you to the team

Great team to work with, protected all my furniture with blankets, protected carpet with runners, stayed focus on getting the job done. Loaded and unloaded in 90 minutes less than quoted, very professional team of 3. I have moved from TX, to KS, to WA, to CA, to IN, to PA over last 15 years, BF Fields is the best moving company have ever worked with. Highly recommend them.

I recently moved from Erie to Maryland, and hiring B F Fields was, hands down, the best decision I made. I worked with George to receive a customized estimate and to nail down a date. Finding a window of time to move was the most challenging aspect of our move, given the snow. Yet, George got us booked and out of Erie before Christmas! Which was more than we could've asked for. I was assigned Tim as my driver, who was spectacular. This was our first professional move and Tim truly helped to put me at ease. I cannot remember the names of the gentleman who joined him on load out, but Fred and Anthony were there with me in Erie. Everyone was friendly, on time, and professional. Moving was an absolute breeze with B F Fields! Thank you so much to the team for all their time and hard work!! And, Happy Holidays :)

They helped move my family on the 7th of February. I appreciate them so very much but I am giving 3 stars because they broke my fan, I tried my best to fix it but that's $40 down the drain. They also broke my $300 dresser that I am still paying off. Besides these 2 things, they did a great job, but I feel like if they break your furniture, then you should get a discount for what they did. If the furniture was already broken, I would not complain at all, but these two items were on the newer side and they broke them. I am quite upset about it. But again, as long as they don't break your things, they are amazing to hire. They still should not have broke anything, but, 2 things out if like 50+ things, isn't bad. I know accidents happen, but still, if they break it, they should give a discount.
