I asked tow vehicle driver to take my car to my mechanic he instead took it to his impound lot. Also when he was picking up my car he did extensive damage and said he is not responsible. Also charged me $145 for taking my car to the impound lot and extra $50 to recover my vehicle.

Extremely rude the one guy screamed in my moms face until I stepped infront of him and he was quiet like a coward but very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional.

The truck was in an accident, and they towed it. It was there 3 weeks because police had a hold until the investigation was complete. I could not get my personal items and license plate. The claim adjuster called me to let me know when the police hold was done. I went there and waited after a while. I called again and had to go to a different office place further in the building. It was annoying, but I did get the items I needed. The staff is nice and helpful.
