The lawyer handling my grandmothers estate is horrible when it comes to communication let alone anything else. I have been trying to have a conversation with him for almost 2 years now. I have left 100 voice mails and many emails asking for any updates. The last time I talked to him he said things were being filed. 6 months in I ask how things or going no response I had to track down the number to the executor through the orphans court (after I contacted other lawyer to see what my options were I was given the court info) just to find out that said paperwork has yet to be filed. And that was almost a year ago now. And only after I sent emails showcasing what I have NOT seen happen did things start getting filed on that day the executor called me back. If my grandmother could be here now seeing how they are handling her last wishes she would have fired them in the spot.
