This is my first year with Perf-a-Lawn Erie. They were recommended by my neighbor. I tried to service my own lawn after retiring for the last 3 years and did pretty well. However, this year I realized what I had been doing wasnt enough. Its amazing how much better my lawn looks. The cost increase was really nominal over Scotts self-applied products. Customer service is always polite and respectful, and the service staff are friendly. I highly recommend people consider giving them a try.

I just love this company and the products they are using. I didn't have ANY weeds AT ALL LAST YEAR,( and if I did they would have come back and spray again.) I was so proud of my yard and since I dont have a Green Thumb, I let Perf a lawn do it for me. The people on the phone are ALWAYS PATIENT, AND PLEASANT ! Thanks again, Marianne from north hills

Horrible product, horrible customer service. My lawn is dead but they won’t take responsibility. As you can see in the photos, the lawn was completely green before receiving treatments. After several attempts for them to correct the issue, I became fed up and asked for a refund. They keep telling me it takes “up to” 30 days to receive the refund and as of today it’s been exactly 40 days and still no refund. And lying must be a prerequisite for their customer service because that’s all they do. Don’t waste your time or money on them.

I have been using Perf-a-Lawn for several years now, and they do a great job on my lawn. The technician is very knowledgeable, and I appreciate how they leave me a note detailing exactly what was done during each visit. I find their pricing to be reasonable for a homeowner. However, I was frustrated when I called to inquire about seeding a specific area of my yard. They would only agree to do it if I allowed them to seed the entire yard, which I didn’t need for the fall. This made me consider canceling my entire yearly service, as it felt like they prioritized profit over my individual needs.

Professional, polite and thorough Over the last couple of years we tried two different companies to have our yard treated for ticks, mosquitoes and fleas as our dog was occasionally bringing tics into our home. With the previous companies we used, I had noticed that the technician would treat our lawn for less than 60 seconds and leave; totally ignoring the boundaries I had requested. Today was our first service with Perf-a-lawn and the technician reviewed with my wife the areas of the property that we want treated and he did a thorough job. We finally found the best yard treatment company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Joel F
