OR landscaping

OR landscaping is owned by dishonest, irresponsible young guy called Recardo. I used them to replace my whole yard’s grass this year for 3000$. They planted 70% weed and barley 30% grass. horrible job. Does not answer my phone calls or texts unless I call from a strange number. Not willing to do anything about it. It feels like hit and run. attached some pictures to show u how bad it is. My work partner complained bitterly about their snow removal and how they were left stranded

Very poor job, dishonest. 3000$ to replant my yard. Looked worse than before. Refused to fix all the patchy spots. Felt like a hit and run. So bad

OR landscaping did work for me for 4 years. They were definitely not very responsive, but they did a good enough job. They also did my snow plowing in the winter as well as spring and fall cleanup. the first large winter storm came. They didn’t show up, they didn’t respond to any calls, texts or voicemails at all even a week after the snow fell. They were supposed to do the leaf cleanup before the snow came, but they didn’t. Very disappointing. If you consider yourself a long time customer, if you pay on time, it clearly doesn’t matter. I would not recommend them

I very highly recommend OR Landscaping. We began using Ricardo and his team when, after calling a number of landscapers in Erie and not getting through to anyone, Ricardo was the first one to actually pick up the phone. OR Landscaping has been maintaining our lawn for some time now: Grass cutting, mulching, leaf pickup, etc. Always on time, always polite, always transparent, and fairly priced. When we were recently looking for someone to install a fence in our backyard, we asked Ricardo if he knows anyone. Turns out they do fences too. And you know what? They did a fantastic and quick job. They made sure to clean up the mess that goes along with fence installation, and they even worked in the rain and snow. Once again, OR Landscaping = highly recommended.

I accepted a quote provided by OR landscaping to do mulch work at my home. I was told by Richardo that I would get a call to schedule the work one week in advance of the agreed upon timing. This did not happen. I then called Ricardo to set a date for the work to be completed. At the agreed upon date OR Landscaping was a no call no show. This company does not stand by their commitments.
