They were good at the beginning but they messed it up with the flower beds. They installed small river rocks/stones, but forgot to lay down fabric. They removed the rocks to lay the weed preventive fabric, but when they put the rocks back they put them all with the dirt, so the fabric never worked and we had a lot of weeds over the next couple of years. I asked them to come back and remove all the rocks, and do some patching on the lawn here and there, I agreed to pay whatever they quoted. They came back they removed the rocks but instead of patching the lawn with screened top soil, they used the dirt they removed from my flower beds which had a lot of rocks, and now the whole yard is full of rocks. I paid them to get rid of those rock, and they spread them all over the yard. They admit the fault, promised to come back to collect the rocks but never kept the promised. They also charged more than the quoted price. If the work is small, they don't care while doing it, and they don't care after they think they are done. STAY AWAY!

DO NOT hire AR. Similar experience to other reviews. I contacted back Aaron in October and received an estimate with more work than I wanted to be done. We agreed on a revised scope of work. The crew showed up once (never told us they were coming) and they didn't complete the project -- frankly, it didn't look like they did anything. I had to contact them multiple times and was finally told that to complete the grading I asked for, they needed to bring in soil which I supposedly said I "didn't want". Once we figured out the situation, I was told a crew would be out soon to finish the project (December 2021). That never happened. 9 months later (September 2022), I received an invoice acknowledging they only did a part of the project but they are still charging us the full amount.

Had him do my lawn services and plowing and many landscaping needs including building block walls and drainage. Not dependable, never gets back to you, says your scheduled and had sent out paperwork and didnt. Then just drops you as a customer without and prior knowledge. Left me hanging this past winter with snow plowing and this season with grass cutting. I would highly recommend you not using this company. I will say that the first 13 years that I had him do my work his guys were great and did a nice job, but can't understand why this is happening now. So done with his services.

I have had AR Landscaping for my snowplowing of my driveway for the winter. They have been pretty reliable up until this past year. We had a huge snowstorm that dumped around 10 inches of snow and they never showed up. We had a snow of about 2 inches a week prior and they came out. Well heck I don't really need you for that. But when this monster snow came it was overnight and we woke up to 10 inches in the driveway. I had to call off work because I could not get out of my driveway. I told myself ok this was a monster snow and maybe his is real busy. This was early in the morning. Noon time comes - nothing, evening comes - no show. I call his number to see when he plans on coming out as my driveway is still buried in snow and I get his answering machine. So I am forced to try and shovel 10 inches of snow to at least be able to pull my cars out so I don't have to call off again. Next day comes there is no snow, partly sunny out. Still no show. I am beside myself at this time. Multiple calls to his business and I only get answering machine with NO RETURN CALL. Next time I call I get the message his mailbox is full. STILL NO RESPONSE TO THIS DAY! I went out and bought myself a two stage snow blower and I am cancelling his services. Yea you come out when there is 2 inches of snow on the ground to get your 30 bucks but you don't come out when I really need you.

My mother had hired AR Landscaping to replace several plants/bushes and do general landscaping I n her yard. They were there in June to do the work and initially looked very nice. She contacted him July 27th to come look at plants that were not doing well. He stated he would be right out to check them out. My mother had to repeatedly contact the owner to ask when he would be out to check on the condition of several plants. He always had some sort of excuse. Finally after a negative review was left on his business Facebook page, he decided he needed to contact my mother and harass her at 9pm this past Friday night via text. After 7 weeks of attempting to contact him to look at/replace the plants. He was extremely rude and condescending. It was decided he would be out Monday September 14th between 8 and 8:30 am to replace the bushes that had died. 8:45 rolls around and no sign. I call the business number and he was extremely rude to my mother and I. He then informs me he would not come out. His crew was “on their way to her house” right then. They did not show up until 10:20!!! I feel as though he was taking advantage of my mother, a widow, and feeding her excuses because she was alone.
