WM - Lake View Landfill

I ordered my trash service on 02/13 and received an email stating my bin would be delivered between 02/20-02/26. However, as of 04/03 I still have not received my bin. I have attempted to use the online chat and call WM but have yet to successfully get in contact with the company. I have been paying for services for 3 weeks but have not been able to utilize my paid services. I am very frustrated and disappointed in the company for their inability to communicate and provide professional service.

THE ONLY THING WASTE MANAGEMENT WAS GOOD FOR WAS WASTING MY TIME!!! DO NOT USE WASTE MANAGEMENT!!! Our experience was horrible. To shorten a long story they went from picking up our trash like normal to having multiple days where they just did not pick up the trash. There was no warning or notification in our email or account about the trash being missed for pickup and no instructions on what to do if this happened. The phone service was horrible waiting several hours just be able to talk to somebody sometimes going over into the closing hour. Other times they would just shut the phones off an hour before they close. Worker admitted this to me on a phone call that they shut the phones off before they're supposed to and they thought it was funny. When we did have a complaint about missed dates to them they were rude and very accusatory of it being our fault. We had enough switch to a new company took them over a month to come pick up their tote that we were using under their service. After a whole month of phone calls and our can sitting at end of driveway it took telling them I'm not paying for damage to neighbors car because thier trash can blew out into a road and hit a car driving by on a very windy day that they were supposed to pick up the can. Once 2 months passed they tried to hit us with a closing account fee. We were told at the end we were good we did not owe anything then this fee comes out of nowhere. Took five phone calls to get through to someone before they finally accepted the answer we're not paying a fee that appeared out of nowhere we had no business with them anymore. Horrible experience do not recommend.

Didn’t get a refund for services that were not provided in late November - early December. The guys doing their job with the trash are doing a phenomenal job. However I can’t say the same thing about the corporate company and trying to charge extra for every service provided or not giving consumers refunds.

It was a dump! Ha ha Erin was very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of junk we had to remove from my dads property, our truck was over weight and she explained how to get a waiver. The waiver was approved and we went about our business. She made it very easy and we appreciate that.
