The best customer service I've encountered in a LONG time, not from just one but FOUR encounters. We ordered a dumpster after a fire, the girl who helped on the phone could not have been more pleasant! We then had to cancel said dumpster 12 hours before it was due to be delivered because of insurance 😒. The man on the phone who canceled for me was so understanding, helpful and calm. When we called back to schedule to try and have it delivered again the man on the phone was fast, efficient, and understanding about our needs. The delivery driver called the day of, was super friendly and knowledgeable about where was best to place the dumpster to not cause any damage or inconvenience to us. I would recommend Oaks again and again!
