Budget bins

The reservation was easy, delivery and pick up was on time, they placed it right where we asked them to. Price was very affordable.

I rented a dumpster off of budget bins and they showed up within an hour. They were very efficient and professional and would highly recommend

UPDATE: FINALLY heard back from Justin on SUNDAY at 4pm. See attached photo for what he had to say. Within 15 minutes of receiving this text I tried to call Justin yet again to resolve the issue and you guessed it…. He never answered or called back again. I do actually understand things happen and how hard it can be to get a big truck towed as I’ve been around big trucks/the auto industry a good portion of most of my life. What I do not understand is how an “owner” of a company considers this a good way to rectify a situation. Most owners would reach out and try to see what they could do, Justin would rather reach out and call names. 1 phone call and 1 vague text does not count as “communication throughout the whole process”. We would have gladly rescheduled had he just called or texted back. Very unprofessional and unreliable! I was looking to get a roll off dumpster, so I called yesterday (Friday) early afternoon and spoke to Justin, who answered the phone as if his friend was calling rather than a possible customer. I tell him what I'm looking for, he asks when i need it delivered, i ask his earliest day and he says tomorrow (Saturday) doesn’t give a time but I asked that he give an hour heads up, he said no problem that I just needed to text my name, address and dumpster size. I do so shortly after hanging up, no response. Not even a thumbs up for confirmation. Justin then calls Saturday at 11am asking if we still wanted the dumpster delivered that day and said he would arrive within an hour, which would put him at arriving by 12pm. I finally get a text from Justin at 1:15pm saying “I’ve blew a tire on my way to your place and been waiting”. No biggy, things happen. So I called him right after I received the text to see if he has a new ETA, he didn’t answer. Didn’t receive a call back so I called again at 2:15pm and again no answer. Still no call back. I texted Justin at 2:30pm that we had to leave for prior engagements but we could put cones in the driveway where to deliver and pay over phone, at pickup or however. Also said if he couldn’t leave it while we were gone that it would be no problem. No response. Would not recommend using unless you want to waste most of a sunny Saturday waiting for a dumpster and/or a call back about rescheduling.
