B.W. Stroup Disposal LLC

I switched to Stroup Disposal about 9 months ago. I was with another large nationwide service provider, that skipped picking up my trash because it snowed, not once but in excess of 9-10 times, once it was 3 weeks without service! This is NW PA, it snows here. They came up with multiple excuses, such as the road wasn't plowed, which was not the fact, their truck was too heavy to go down the road, but I seen my neighbors being serviced by Stroup, they said my garbage wasn't out, not the truth. I requested refunds for my weeks that were not serviced, but they refused a full refund. I had to get a hold of the Pennsylvania attorney general to get reimbursed for services not provided. So luckily for me I switch to Stroup, last week was the first time in 9 months that I had a missed pickup. I called up and was please to have an immediate apology. And rectified that afternoon. I understand things happen, and we are all human, but they stepped up and took care of the issue right away! This is a business I can highly recommend!

Switched from the Green/Yellow and couldn't be happier! Drivers are always courteous. When my bin lid broke, the delivered a new bin quickly. Just rented a dumpster and the office person was super nice and very helpful.

I had stacked some things on the top of my bin and the wind had knocked things over. Driver took time to get out and pick some boxes up by hand. Very grateful to him

We have been using BW for a couple of years now and they have been excellent. They show up when they are supposed to and don't try and raise the price multiple times a year like WM does. When there is an issue with pick-up due to weather they text us and let us know. Locally owned business who runs circles around WM! In summary, superior service for less money! Give them a call....
