Customer service for removable blankets is a joke. Waited 8 weeks for an order only to be told they were to busy to complete the order and it would be several weeks longer. Canceled the order. Called 2 weeks later with another order and left message. No one calls you back or seems to care unless you have a $200,000 dollar order. Long standing customer no more. Looking elsewhere and will advise my associates to do the same.

I delivered here and their docks (at least with snow) are really tight. They volunteered to help me back in and were the nicest, most patient people I've ever met. Pretty sure the owners work right along side their dock worker. Anyway, if they run their business the way they run their warehouse and treat their customers the way they do their clients, I would recommend them to ANYONE! THANKS GUYS!
