Tom and his team were very professional. They got me on the schedule within 2 weeks for closed cell spray foam. The team was very careful to mask windows and the floor. The entire time they were spraying they kept checking to make sure we got the full depth of foam.

Trevor came out to look over our project on 8/16, said would get back to us soon with his quote. Finally responded today, 9/6, that after thinking about it, he is not comfortable with the project. That is perfectly understandable, it is good to know your strengths and limitations. Waiting and wasting three weeks of our time to let us know is not understandable or acceptable. Our quote from Bayer Specialty came back the day after they were here, which is pretty standard. Now we have to find yet another company to come give us a second quote. Very unprofessional, I do not recommend this business.

Fantastic service! Advanced Insulation previously installed spray foam for us. Because of a necessary roof repair, one small portion of our attic was not covered during the initial installation. Today they were in the neighborhood doing another job and they cheerfully finished the spot in our attic. Chris and Damion, the installers, were courteous and they cleaned up thoroughly. Five star customer service!

They were very professional and respectful of my space and cleaned up great afterwards!

I have called four times, sent an email, and a text message over the course of three months,I spoke with Trevor one time and he said he would call as soon as he got to the worksite. That was a month ago.
